Vulcanizing machine maintenance should pay attention to the following problems:
1, vulcanizing machine storage environment should be kept dry, good ventilation, to avoid moisture caused by electrical circuit moisture;
2, do not use the vulcanizing machine in the rainy day, to prevent the electric control box and heating plate water;
3, if you work in a damp environment, water, in the disassembly and transportation of vulcanizing machine, should be on the ground with the goods pad, don't let the vulcanizing machine contact with water directly; 4, if in use process, due to improper operation of heating water, should first contact the manufacturer for repair. If the need for emergency repairs, the heating plate plate is opened, the water poured out, and then the electric control box is set to manual operation, heated to 100 DEG C, keep constant temperature for half an hour, the line for drying, glue belt joint in manual state. At the same time should contact the manufacturer, the overall line replacement.
5, vulcanizing machine in a long period of time does not need to use the case, should be every half a month to the heating plate heating (temperature set at 100 degrees C), keep the temperature for about half an hour.
6, after the end of each use, should be released in the water pressure plate clean, especially in winter, if the water can not be put clean, often lead to premature aging rubber plate, hydraulic plate service life is reduced;
The correct way of water discharge is that after the heat preservation of vulcanization is finished, the vulcanizing machine is not removed. If the water is removed after the machine is removed, it is possible that the water in the water pressure plate can not be discharged completely.
